Philippine developer launching upscale condo to Singaporeans

6 May 2014

Arbor Lanes (pictured), a freehold condominium by Filipino developer Ayala Land Premier, will launch for sale this Saturday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore, media reports said.

Located in Metro Manila’s Taguig City, prices of units at the development range from S$300,000 for a 667 sq ft one-bedroom unit to S$1.2 million for a 2,700 sq ft three-bedroom garden villa.

This works out to a psf price of around S$450, or significantly cheaper compared to the four-digit psf prices of condominiums here.

Arbor Lanes comprises five 13- to 15-storey blocks, each of which features 208 units. To be developed in phases, the first block is slated to be ready in Q1 2018.

It will be the first residential anchor at Arca South, a 74ha township that is being developed by Ayala Land into a new business district.

Recently, Ayala Land unveiled the masterplan for the township, which will comprise three retail areas, prime residential projects, a hotel, office buildings and a hospital.
