Wheelock Properties will relaunch The Panorama in Ang Mo Kio on Sunday (11 May) with prices up to 10 percent lower than the initially released units, according to estate agents in the media.
Balloting will be held on the same day and a one-bedder could be priced from $565,000, while the two- to three-bedroom units could start from $820,000 and $1,175,000 respectively.
This means the units will be offered at $1,100 to $1,310 psf, depending on the unit size. One-bedders range from 431 to 474 sq ft, two-bedroom units are around 678 to 700 sq ft, while three-bedders are between 990 and 1,066 sq ft.
However, the prices for the penthouses and the four- to five-bedders will remain the same. In addition, these larger units will only be offered to buyers upon request.
The Panorama showflat reopened yesterday following a seven-week break. After its launch in January, the developer shut the venue in mid-March for a refurbishment due to poor turnouts after the first two weeks or so.
With a median price of $1,343 psf, about 58 units were sold at the 698-unit project in January. Another four were sold in March with the last median price at $1,457 psf.
Meanwhile, CapitaLand relaunched Sky Habitat at reduced prices two weeks ago, and more than 100 units have been sold since.
