Singapore property buyers and investors are again out in force at PropertyGuru’s latest International Investment Show property exhibition, happening today (Saturday) and tomorrow at Mandarin Oriental, Level 5 Garden Suite, Raffles Avenue in Singapore.
Properties from Thailand are well represented in the form of luxury apartments at The Lai Thai, Krabi. Centara’s Pelican Bay Residences and Suites, also in Krabi, was also attracting attention from potential investors.
Attendees are also able to discover more about land investments from Walton, hotel investments in the United Kingdom and residential properties in the Philippines.
Award-winning London property experts Fraser & Co, who have plans to open an office in Singapore, were also attracting attention from property exhibition attendees through their licensed Singapore real estate partners. Maxwell Alves Solicitors founder, Dr. Alan Ma, is also onhand to provide legal advice on London property purchases.
A range of free-to-attend informative and education seminars take place each afternoon.
