The third annual Urban Land Institute (ULI) Asia Pacific Summit, titled “What’s Next? – The Dynamics of the Future”, will discuss the impact of technology, innovation and the global economy on cities and real estate.
Happening from 20 to 22 May at the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong, the programme will welcome worldwide attendees from various sectors of the real estate industry around the world, including developers, investors, owners and public officials.
Panellists and participants from Singapore include Chief Executive Officer (Residential) of CapitaLand Singapore Wong Heang Fine; Lend Lease Chief Executive Officer Asia, Rod Leaver; and Director of Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC), Limin Hee.
Topics of discussions will include urban regeneration projects that embraced technology and redefined communities, as well as opportunities to use real estate investments to create more valuable and thriving communities.
More than 500 real estate industry professionals and ULI members are expected to attend the summit.
