Steven Ming has been promoted to Managing Director, Head of Investment Sales & Residential Services at Savills.
He will have an oversight of the business space, residential sales, residential leasing, prestige homes and international residential sales businesses at the Savills Singapore office, and will continue to head the investment sales department.
Ming was previously deputy managing director and head of investment sales and he has been with Savills for a decade starting as an associate director. In 2006, he assumed the role of head of the investment sales department, and has since led the team to close $6 billion worth of investment transactions.
"Investment and Residential are important pillars of any agency transactional business here and we have talented leaders running them for us. However, the agency business is rapidly evolving and becoming fiercely competitive in the face of a changing market, especially on the residential sales front,” said Ming.
“Being handed the reins will give me the opportunity to galvanise and draw our capabilities together to take our collective business to a new higher level, further consolidating our market position,” he added.
