Real estate crowdfunding, although still in its infancy, will take centre stage in Singapore next month with the EPIC event, being held in conjunction with Wealth Migrate, the Global Wealth Group and CoAssets .
Joseph Barisonzi, widely known as the ‘Mark Zuckerberg’ of crowd funding, will inspire the crowd and unveil The World’s Global Real Estate Market Place in Singapore.
Dr. Dolf de Roos, the world’s most recognised International real estate investor and one of the founding partners of the company, will offer investors the opportunity to partner with him. He has authored the best-selling real estate book, Real Estate Riches, part of Rich Dad Advisors Series and has sold more than two million copies as well as having authored another 15 international real estate books.
Scott Picken, recognised as the Emerging Market’s leading global investor and also author of the book with Clem Sunter, Property Going Global, will be sharing their tried and tested Global Property System (GPS) to ensure you make the right decisions as to where to invest globally, based on fundamentals.
Other members of the investment committee are Hennie Bezuidenhoudt, the founder and chairman, and he is recognised as one of Africa’s most successful business and real estate investors, having listed two companies, one in South Africa and one in Australia.
With the rest of the founding partners, their experience in international real estate is astounding, along with theirtrack record and their results. The founding partners have 227 of international real estate experience; and have conducted 10,779 investments on five continents to a value of over US$1.32 billion.

The Expo for Property Investing & Crowdfunding (EPIC) 2014 is Southeast Asia’s inaugural real estate crowdfunding expo. EPIC aims to connect developers who are looking for financing of between $1 million and $5 million to both professional and private investors. This first-of-its-kind event also aims to help professional and private investors’ access exclusive property investment opportunities from around the region.
