United Real Estate Group, an expanding North American real estate agency has finalised an affiliate partnership with Colliers International’s Asia-Pacific residential subsidiary PRDnationwide, that will see the two groups combine their influence and resources.
PRDnationwide currently supports 115 offices throughout Australia, with four additional offices located in Asia and the Middle East.
A press statement said the new affiliation gives both organisations a wider global reach through its combined 5,000 real estate professionals and 600 offices in 11 countries, and provides each company access to the other’s customers, marketing systems, partners and technology resources.
Operating under the United PRD International brand, the newly formed alliance expects to be highly active on the global residential, investment and lifestyle property landscape, with the first order of business to be sharing of expertise, systems and an expansion of its coverage in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia-Pacific and select international markets.
Dan Duffy, Chief Executive Officer of United, said: “One of the significant benefits of the alliance is the sharing of best practice between the groups. Both organisations have various strengths in technology, property research, property marketing and training that will be shared with one another.”
