Australian property group Lend Lease announced Thursday the completion of the new INSEAD Leadership Development Centre at the business school’s Singapore campus. This marks the company’s second project for INSEAD, following the design and construction of a building extension in 2005.

The six-storey Leadership Development Centre occupying over 10,000 sq m of land has attained the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Version 4.0 award, the Republic’s highest accolade for sustainable buildings.

The S$55-million-worth INSEAD centre which features state-of-the-art teaching and residential spaces will also have four amphitheatres with pre-function and breakout rooms, “flatrooms”, a dining hall and lounge, indoor and outdoor courtyards, an entire floor comprising mainly “open-concept” offices for its administrative support personnel, and 48 world class executive residences rooms for participants of senior management programmes.

INSEAD’s Leadership Development Centre joins Lend Lease’s international school portfolio in Singapore that includes the Stamford American International School, Australian International School and GEMS World Academy.
