The Poiz Residences is a new mixed-used project in Potong Pasir. Situated right next to Potong Pasir MRT station, it consists of The Poiz Residences and The Poiz Centre, a commercial development located below it.
The Poiz Centre has 84 commercial units, supplementing the existing shops and amenities in Potong Pasir. The Poiz Residences has three towers, Suites, Habitat and Urban, with 731 units in total.
Suites consists of 293 one- and two-bedroom units, Habitat 213 two- to four-bedroom units, and Urban 225 one- to three-bedroom units.
