60 agents receive $1.63 million under reward scheme

Ascendas has rewarded 60 real estate agents with a record payout of about S$1.63 million under the Ascendas Partner Rewards programme last week.

This is the highest payout since the programme started in 2005.

The first-of-its-kind rewards programme in Singapore’s real estate industry saw a total payout worth over $7 million over 10 years.

Agents are rewarded with cash incentives to encourage them in achieving optimal business results in marketing Ascendas properties.

The recipients for Ascendas Partner Rewards programme in 2014 are Ann Tan, Gelyn Tan, Sharon Tan, Jason Chong, and Lisa Teo.

Aylwin Tan, Chief Customer Solutions Officer for Ascendas, said, “This year is a significant milestone as we celebrate 10 years of rewarding our partnering agents, who have contributed to our success through the years.”

There are more than 2,100 real estate agents under the programme currently, and 400 top-performing real estate agents have been rewarded since inception.

The growing number of agents taking part in the rewards programme, from 330 in 2005, and the record high payout are testament to the programme’s success, Tan added.

Ascendas specialises in master planning, developing, managing and marketing IT parks, industrial and logistics parks, business parks, science parks, hi-specs facilities, office and retail spaces.
