GuocoLand Steve Melhuish

To spread the festive joy of the Lunar New Year, PropertyGuru’s CEO and Co-founder Steve Melhuish played dress-up and surprised the GuocoLand team as the God of Fortune at their annual townhall recently. This visit was doubly apt as it was held at GuocoLand’s brand new project, SIMS Urban Oasis.

“I hope this visit will bring GuocoLand, SIMS Urban Oasis and future residents or investors of the project a wealth of luck and fortune!” said Melhuish.

“We have always been a company that strives to not only be an effective medium for both developers and property seekers but to also always remain fun and fresh in whatever we do,” he added.

SIMS Urban Oasis is a 99-year leasehold condominium located at Sims Drive, just minutes’ drive from Marina Bay and the central business district. It is also conveniently situated near Aljunied MRT station which is a short walk away.

This 2.4ha, 1,024-unit project is part of a developing area where existing and future landmark projects such as the Singapore Sports Hub are at.
