Singapore-based CapitaLand, one of Asia’s largest property developers, held its Lunar New Year celebrations at Raffles City Convention Centre on Monday evening to usher in the Year of the Goat.

Guests included CapitaLand board members, management and staff, shareholders, customers, business partners and associates.

The group also recently unveiled its SG50 plans and kick-started year-long activities, dedicating over $2 million to celebrate Singapore’s Golden Jubilee. The money will go towards event and venue sponsorships, special treats for staff and family members, internships, prizes, as well as CapitaLand Hope Foundation donations.

Yesterday’s event marked the launch of CapitaLand’s new ‘A Stage for Life’ brand campaign which seeks to amplify CapitaLand’s SG50 celebrations, including a national ideas drive #BuildSG2065 via a digital platform. Guests were invited to submit their ideas on the future of Singapore’s built environment #BuildSG2065 at the event.
