Malaysia property exhibition in Singapore

A property exhibition featuring six Malaysian residential and commercial properties is set to take place in Singapore this weekend.

Real estate firm Savills will be marketing developments from Tanjung Bintang Sdn Bhd and Pandan Baru Sdn Bhd – both under the Berinda Properties group of companies, as well as Rawhide Sdn Bhd, and Hillcrest Gardens Sdh Bhd.

The developers are part of the Kuok Group of companies, and they will highlight a portfolio of six luxury Malaysian residential and commercial developments this weekend at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore.

The six residential and commercial developments that will be introduced to Singapore property buyers and investors at the exhibition are:

Tanjung Bintang Sdn Bhd – Properties in Taman Molek, Johor Bahru
• Molek Pine 4 (pictured) – luxury apartments
• Molek Pulai – serviced apartments

Pandan Baru Sdn Bhd – Properties in Taman Ponderosa, Johor Bahru
• Ponderosa Vista – 2-storey terrace houses & 2-storey semi-detached houses

Rawhide Sdn Bhd – Twin Villas in Taman Molek, Johor Bahru
• Ponderosa Woods – 3-storey semi-detached houses

Hillcrest Gardens Sdn Bhd – Commercial Properties, Kuala Lumpur
• The Prime @ LDP – commercial shop-offices
• Seri Gombak Commercial shop-Offices

In a statement, Savills noted how Tanjung Bintang, Pandan Baru and Rawhide have all played fundamental roles in the development of Taman Molek and Taman Ponderosa, the commercial hub of southern peninsular Malaysia, by providing high quality investments.

Tanjung Bintang was recently awarded the Platinum rating (the highest rating) by the Green Building Index for Molek Pine 4 – the first residential new construction (high-rise) in Malaysia to be awarded this rating.

Frank Goon, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Berinda Properties, said: “Our developments are designed and built closely around the group’s ethos; experience, quality, trust and community.

“Additionally, we strive to introduce new industry technologies and green features.”

Savills’ Malaysia and Savills’ Singapore teams will head the showcase.

Commenting on the collaboration, Christopher Boyd, Executive Chairman of Savills Malaysia, said: “The combination of Savills strong regional network and local experiences has enabled Savills Malaysia to extend its market reach and opportunities for its clients.”

The Singapore property exhibition featuring Berinda, Rawhide and Hillcrest Gardens will take place on Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17, at Shangri-La Singapore, White and Red Azalea rooms, from 11am until 7pm on both days.
