Choa Chu Kang EC site up for sale

An executive condominium (EC) site at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5 which could generate about 490 housing units was released for sale today, revealed the housing board.

Launched for tender under the confirmed list of the first half 2015 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, the 176,379 sq ft site offers a maximum gross floor area of 529,136 sq ft.

The land parcel is within proximity to Sunshine Place shopping centre and Chua Chu Kang Primary School.

The tender for the 99-year leasehold EC site will close on 30 June 2015.
