MontAzure makes a splash

27 May 2015

Phuket beach front condominium project The Residences at MontAzure made a splash with property buyers and investors at the recent Singapore Yacht Show.

The glittering occasion took place onboard M/Y Saluzi – the largest vessel on display in the show at 69 metres – and was attended by the glitterati of the city-state’s social and business scene.

The pre-sales function follows news that Martin Palleros, the design visionary behind some of Asia’s most refined luxury landmarks, was engaged to create The Residences at MontAzure – which will boast 75 contemporary tropical beachfront residences located in Phuket’s most prestigious west coast address on Kamala beach.

Also exclusively unveiled at the event were The Estates at MontAzure, 13 hillside villas designed by the legendary interior designer Jaya Ibrahim and the father of Thai contemporary architecture Lek “Mathar” Bunnag.

The Residences and The Estates at MontAzure represent the first phase in the unique, master-planned MontAzure community, which covers 350 rai of hillside to beachfront terrain close to Phuket’s famed ‘Millionaire’s Mile’.

“The response was tremendous,” said MontAzure’s Managing Director, Roland Bleszynski.

“We are offering a very exclusive, cultured and original resort project for Phuket and we were delighted to see it being received so enthusiastically by investors in Singapore.

“The track record of the development team speaks for itself and the project offers a lifestyle choice and investment opportunity that is truly outstanding with long and short term returns for buyers.”

The Residences at MontAzure features a range of one- and two-bedroom units, with unique penthouses that include rooftop pools and gardens. The low-rise prices range from THB8 million to THB80 million.
