RESI winners

Homegrown property developer Oxley Holdings recently announced that it won two prestigious property awards.

Oxley’s Royal Wharf waterfront development in East London was the winner of the Development of the Year category at the RESI Awards 2015, held on 13 May in London.

Entries for the Development of the Year category were evaluated on innovative design features, sustainable benchmarks, integration of private and public housing, and benefits to the local community.

Organised by RESI conference, the previous RESI Awards have played host to many of the UK’s top property developers.

In addition, Oxley was recognised by BCI Asia as one of the Top Ten 2015 Developers – Singapore, for two local developments: Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Ibis Singapore on Stevens.

First started in 2005, the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards honours the top architectural firms and developers that have had the biggest impact on the built environment in Southeast Asia.

Firms with a greater portfolio of sustainable projects have a higher chance of making it into the top 10.

The BCI Asia Top 10 Awards 2015 ceremony will be held on 19 June.
