Sky Habitat InstaMeet

A large turnout of about 1,200 Instagrammers and home buyers gathered at Sky Habitat’s completion party last Saturday, outdoing the previous record of 350 Instagrammers for an InstaMeet.

Organised by the condominium’s developer CapitaLand, together with its joint venture partners Mitsubishi Estate Asia and Shimizu Pte Ltd, the Instagram competition required entries to follow @CapitaLand_Inside Instagram account and include the hashtag #skyhabitatparty.

The event attracted about 600 photos and 18,000 likes within five hours, with the top three most liked entries winning up to $500 worth of CapitaVouchers.

According to a statement from CapitaLand, its recent residential developments have garnered a total of 5,000 Instagram posts, making them the most Instagrammed private condominiums in Singapore.

“Based on hashtag searches on Instagram for condominiums completed in Singapore since 2013, The Interlace, d’Leedon and Sky Habitat are the top three most popular developments because of their strong architectural appeal,” the developer said.

Aside from the InstaMeet, the party also featured booths set up by home solution providers, a live band and balloon sculpture show.

Located in Bishan and within proximity to the MRT station and Junction 8 shopping mall, the 509-unit condo which achieved TOP in April this year has sold 372 units as at end June.
