The final phase of the Quartermile mixed-use development in Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh, will launch to buyers and investors in Singapore this month.
Dubbed Meadows Point, the building comprises 104 one- and two-bedroom apartments and overlooks The Meadows park.
“Our new build apartments are the height of luxury living in Edinburgh and market demand for these homes is very high,” said Quartermile’s Managing Director Paul Curran.
“This will be the third time we have presented Quartermile to investors in Singapore. Our previous visits in 2012 and 2014 were hugely successful,” he added.
Prices of units at Quartermile range from £165,000 to £1.83 million.
So far, 600 apartments have been completed and there has been strong sales this year. The most recent development released for sale is now over 85 percent sold within eight weeks of launching.
Quartermile integrates 18th Century buildings with new build additions. Scheduled for completion in 2018, it will comprise over 1,050 apartments, 300,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, 65,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space and seven acres of open landscaping.
Located in the city centre, the project is within proximity to the world-renowned University of Edinburgh, two train stations and Edinburgh Airport.
Meadows Point is being marketed by Savills and will be showcased on the weekend of 12 and 13 September at the Four Seasons Hotel.
