Public housing prices have stayed flat in recent quarters.

Prices of Housing and Development Board (HDB) flats remained unchanged in the third quarter of 2016, with the resale price index at 134.7 points, revealed flash estimates from the Housing Board.

The index provides information on the general price movements in the resale public housing market.

More detailed public housing data for Q3 will be released on 28 October, said the HDB.

Meanwhile, about 5,090 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats in Bedok, Bidadari, Kallang Whampoa and Punggol will be launched in November. Around 5,000 balance flats will also be offered in a concurrent Sale of Balance Flats exercise.
