Trilive is a 222-unit freehold condominium development located along Tampines Road.

Location is a plus point for Trilive; while not directly in the hub of activity, the project is close enough to Serangoon where you have NEX Mall and Hougang where you have Hougang Mall and the upcoming Hougang Integrated Hub. The town and CBD areas are a 15-20 minute drive away.

For a quick bite, residents have numerous options nearby. Heartland Mall is a 10-minute walk away and the eateries at Kovan including the famous Punggol Nasi Lemak, are a 5-minute walk away.

Schools in the neighbourhood include Serangoon Junior College, Xinghua Primary School, Yuying Secondary School, Maris Stella High School, Rosyth School and the Australian International School.

The development consists of three blocks standing at 13, 14 and 18 storeys high respectively. Unit mix at Trilive is interesting with the majority being Dual Key units.
