Since the project is not situated in the heart of Yishun, potential buyers can expect prices to be slightly lower. On top of that, it is being marketed as a ‘no-frills’ project, meaning that its units will not have balconies or private enclosed spaces, thus reducing total sellable area.
For dining or shopping needs, the upcoming Junction 9 is a mere two-minute walk away. Northpoint Shopping Centre is slightly further down, just opposite Yishun MRT. The current mall will be expanded by almost three times, with the completion of the upcoming integrated development, Northpoint City, right next to it. SAFRA Yishun is a two-minute drive away and is the perfect place for some family fun time during the weekends.

The project is located in a relatively quiet part of Yishun, so residents will definitely have their privacy. For a quick bite or grocery haul, the upcoming Wisteria Mall slated to open in 2018 will be a five-minute walk away. Northpoint Shopping Centre and Yishun 10, which houses Golden Village Cinemas Yishun, are a five-minute drive away.
Schools in the neighbourhood include Northland Primary School, Orchid Park Secondary School, Northbrooks Secondary School, Yishun Junior College and GEMS World Academy (Singapore).
