Celebration & Collaboration: Unlocking Achievements and Product Doors

PropertyGuru hosted its second edition of the GU4U: Guru Unlocked For You event, to celebrate the success of its real estate clients, while also updating them on recent product developments.

PropertyGuru hosted a networking and appreciation lunch event, Guru Unlocked For You, for over 40 valued property agents and agency clients on the afternoon of 10 March.

The event proved to be a useful engagement session, and PropertyGuru took the opportunity to gather suggestions from the guests on how it can enhance its latest Auto-Repost product, and to reward clients’ achievements in 2015.

Industry leaders present at this exclusive event included Kevin Lim, Executive Group Division Director of ERA Realty Network, Kevin Seah Kian Hock, Senior Marketing Director of Huttons Asia, and David Ang, Division Director of Singapore Estate Agency.

There were a number of awards given out to agents and agencies deemed to have made significant achievements. These spanned various areas, from leads generation to marketing innovation.

To reinforce its dedication to its clients, PropertyGuru also presented 10 Special Appreciation awards to thank its clients for their strong support.

Lewis Ng, Managing Director of PropertyGuru Singapore, highlighted that the portal constantly works hard to provide clients with better products and services.

Ng said: “At the start of the year, we enhanced our AgentNet to ensure better security against phishing sites. We also gave the listing management page a face lift, to have interfaces be more intuitive.

“On the training front, I am pleased to once again share that our partnership with NTUC is starting to grow, with the completion of our two-day masterclass on driving more leads for agents through online marketing. We have been getting encouraging feedback where agents have already started requesting for more of such training. And of course, we want to fulfill that, and we will fulfill that in the months to come,” he added.

Ng proceeded to update attendees on the group’s new Auto-Repost tool, tapping on insights from the industry thought-leaders present, to develop the product further. Guests also had the chance to mingle with industry veterans and exchange ideas on important issues facing the industry.

The event ended with the PropertyGuru team thanking all the guests, and also promising to deliver further results.
