Principal Garden won three five-star awards, including for Best High Rise Residential Development, Singapore.

Property firms CBRE, JLL and UOL were among the top winners at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016, held in Kuala Lumpur last Friday (8 April).

The awards are part of the UK-based International Property Awards.

CBRE won a total of 20 awards across 12 of its offices in the region, including six five-star ratings for Best Property Consultancy in Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

“The scope of the recognition we’ve received this year and in previous years is testament to our strength and depth of talent across the business and to our ability to produce world-class outcomes for our valued clients in every business line and geography,” said Steve Swerdlow, CEO of CBRE Asia Pacific.

JLL received 15 awards, including six five-star ratings for Best Property Consultancy in China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan and South Korea.

“Receiving 15 awards in Asia Pacific, including six in the five-star category, is a great achievement and testament to the great work our teams across the region do day in, day out,” noted Alastair Hughes, CEO of JLL Asia Pacific.

Meanwhile, UOL’s 663-unit Principal Garden condominium in Prince Charles Crescent, which is being jointly developed with Kheng Leong Company, clinched three five-star awards for Best Condominium, Best Residential Landscape Architecture and Best High Rise Residential Development in Singapore.

The top winners for each category will go forward to represent the Asia Pacific region in the 2016 International Property Awards, to be held in London on 11 December.
