Cairnhill Nine is a mixed development consisting of condominium units and serviced residences. Developed by CapitaLand, this 30-storey über luxury development is situated on prime Orchard Road land and at 122 metres, is touted as the area’s tallest building.

In addition to the 30-storey residential tower with 268 units, Cairnhill Nine features a 20-storey serviced residence development called the Ascott Orchard Singapore.

To be connected via a link bridge to Paragon Shopping Mall, Cairnhill Nine’s residents won’t have to travel far for any leisure activity, when the entirety of the Orchard Road shopping, dining and entertainment belt is at their doorstep. Schools such as Chatsworth International School and Anglo-Chinese School (International) Singapore are also nearby.

On top of its connectivity, Cairnhill Nine is also shielded from much of the noise from the busy Orchard Road area, due to its location behind Heeren, in a quieter part of Orchard.

Each bedroom type is designed differently in Cairnhill Nine, with specific colour schemes and aesthetics to differentiate them.

TRE Residences is a 250-unit condominium project whose design draws from elements of nature, such as water, earth and sky.

Its facilities, categorised accordingly, include a wave pool, gardens and sky terraces; the latter gives residents panoramic views of central Singapore. There are also standard condo facilities such as a gym, playground, swimming pools and barbecue pits.

TRE Residences is not more than a five-minute walk from Aljunied MRT station, making it easy for residents to travel via train to places like Bugis or City Hall in under 30 minutes. Across the road is the Geylang East Public Library and next to it are HDB flats with hawker centres on the ground level.

Contained within two 17-storey blocks, TRE Residences consists of spacious unit types that range from 420 sq ft one-bedroom units to 1,700 sq ft five-bedroom penthouses.

Schools such as the Geylang Methodist Primary and Secondary schools are located nearby, as are City Plaza and One KM. The condo is also easily accessible via the major expressways such as the KPE, PIE and CTE.
