A total of 122 units of the 305-unit Sturdee Residences were sold at an average price of $1,550 psf during a VIP preview event held on Saturday (23 April), said its developer Sustained Land.
Located at Sturdee Road in the Little India district, Sturdee Residences comprises one- to five-bedroom units across two 30-storey residential towers, with sizes ranging from 420 sq ft to 1,830 sq ft.
The Farrer Park MRT station and upcoming Bendemeer MRT station are within walking distance. Other nearby amenities include the Novena medical hub, Connexion at Farrer Park, City Square Mall and established schools.
Douglas Ong, Director of Sustained Land, said: “We are elated by the encouraging response from buyers, particularly in this weakened market. The strong sales reaffirms the popularity of city-fringe projects that are well designed, as well as with proximity to an MRT station and an extensive network of other amenities.”
Sturdee Residences will be officially launched on 30 April. Its sales gallery is located at Kitchener Link.
The 99-year leasehold project is expected to be completed in 2020.
