The Venue Residences and Shoppes is one of three new developments along the stretch leading up to Potong Pasir MRT station. Among the three aforementioned projects, it is
the closest to the PIE.

Though the nearest shopping mall, NEX, is two train stops away at Serangoon, residents will still have The Venue Shoppes, which is expected to have 23 F&B units and five retail units.

The POIZ Centre, which is next to Potong Pasir MRT and should be ready sometime in 2019, will have 77 shops and seven restaurants.

Further along Tai Thong Crescent are several hawker centres and small stores. There are also amenities already established in the area, including a 7-11 at the MRT station and an Old Chang Kee across the road.

Nearby schools include Saint Andrew’s Village, Cedar Girls’ Secondary School and the Stamford
American International School.
