Eaton Residences will feature the first and highest cantilevered sky pool in KL.
City View Ventures, a unit of Singapore developer GSH Corporation, has launched its first residential project in Malaysia called Eaton Residences.
Located in Kuala Lumpur, the 52-storey luxury condominium comprises 632 units.
In an SGX filing, the mainboard-listed firm announced that around 200 units have been released in the first phase of launch, of which 150 have been booked through VIP previews.
Units range from one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with prices starting from RM1.14 million (S$375,513) for a one-bedroom unit to RM4.19 million (S$1.38 million) for a penthouse.
Offering unblocked views of the Petronas Twin Towers and the Royal Selangor Golf Club, Eaton Residences is the first residential tower to have an all-glass cladding as well as the first and highest cantilevered sky pool in KL.
Located along Embassy Row, the development is close to the Bukit Bintang shopping belt. It is linked by the MRT to Bandar Malaysia and the proposed terminus for the KL-Singapore high-speed rail, as well as Kuala Lumpur’s integrated financial hub – the Tun Razak Exchange.
“This being our first residential development in the Malaysian capital, we have spared no efforts in maximising the scenic views – we deliberately tilted the building so that every unit either has the view of the Petronas Towers or the golf course,” said Gilbert Ee, CEO of GSH.
“We have also made great strides in introducing thoughtful, premium design and finishes to enhance urban living in the city.”
Looking ahead, GSH Executive Chairman Datuk Sam Goi said the group plans to launch “two ocean-fronting residential projects in the Sutera Harbour precinct in Kota Kinabalu”.
GSH Corporation owns commercial and residential properties in Singapore and Malaysia, including the Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu, which comprises a 104-berth marina, two five-star hotels and a 27-hole golf course.
