  Very conveniently located. Some units will face the main road but with aircon on and window closed, the noise level is acceptable. room are not exactly spacious.

  1, King Albert Pk - Upside?

  Nice English condo with nice address. The better units are those at high and ground floor. There are great upside from 2015, after the Downtown line is ready, and development plan along the ex-railway space (just next to the condo) is established.

  King Albert Park

  Great place to stay, very serene and quiet. Condo is well maintained and the whole environment looked English. Advantage, is close to McDonald and ColdStorage.
