  units at 19 Nassim go for about $3k to $4k+ PSF, which is pricey but well worth the kind of high-end fittings and brandname you get with this 99-year lease luxury condo development. developed by Keppel, you definitely know there is strong bigname backing here. note: this condo replaces the former Nassim Woods.

  love that 19 Nassim is in a private and prestigious enclave yet still very down to earth with its extremely accessible location. - 3min walk to Orchard MRT, ION Orchard etc - 300m to Napier MRT - close to Botanic Gardens - close to Gleneagles Hospital - close to Raffles Girls’ Secondary School

  perched at Nassim Hill, is 19 Nassim, a dream come true in 2023 for those who have been patiently waiting for a new development along this prestigious stretch for many years. it may be a smallish project with only 101 units, but everything is sophisticated and quality is top-notch.
