  Just a stone's throw away from Newton MRT or Novena MRT. Families will appreciate the proximity to the famous schools like ACSP and ACSJ

  Not recommended

  -problems with water leaking and mould in the bathroom, which caused our health issues -constant noise problems coming from neighbours especially at night and also outside traffic noice -too small living room

  Great location - near Blue line and Red line, near several major shopping malls & short walk to Scott & Orchard Rd. Newton Circus just 5 min away. Functional layout. Nice BBQ / Pool area.
