  Maintenance Challenges During My Tenancy

  I stayed in this apartment for a year and faced several maintenance-related inconveniences. The elevator experienced multiple breakdowns during my time there. On three occasions, either I or my guests were stuck inside and had to wait for help, which was distressing. In addition, the stairwell lighting was faulty for a prolonged period, and the issue persisted despite reporting. While the location was convenient, I feel that maintenance standards and response times could be improved for the safety and comfort of future residents.
