Pros: Bukit Timah is a familiar area with fond memories and endless food options. The area is becoming more vibrant and accessible due to new developments. Cons: The area has limited shopping options. Future developments and increased popularity could lead to overcrowding. The vibrant community may result in more noise and activity. -

Easy access to various shopping centers, cafes, restaurants, and hawker centres Bad: Being a 99-year leasehold property, long-term value appreciation might be a concern compared to freehold properties. The prestigious location and luxurious features result in high property prices, making it less accessible for budget-conscious buyers -
