Alba: The ultimate urban retreat near town fo
I have been searching for a living space that reflects my lifestyle, and Alba exceeded all my expectations with its sleek and understated yet distinct aesthetic and proximity to town. With only 50 units over 17 storeys, I can also enjoy low density living in a high density city. After an exhausting work day, I can see myself relaxing at the pool or exercising my stress away at the well-equipped fitness centre. I also love hosting intimate gatherings for my friends, and Alba’s elegant lounge area and unique cabana design by the glittering pool will elevate the evening. The location of Alba is also another benefit. Walking distance to Newton MRT, Alba is at the fringe of the Orchard Road shopping belt, steps away from Newton Circus food centre, and also a straight train ride to the CBD. -

Investment property with prime position near
Completed in 2015, Alba condo has many good points that make it a property with investment potential. Number one, it has convenience, being in the middle of Orchard Road and River Valley with its Cairnhill Rise address. The spacious layouts (about 173 sqm for a 3-bedder) and on-site amenities, coupled with privacy, are also plus points to attract tenants and increase demand for Alba units. -
