Great location and internal layout.
The internal layout is great for our needs and the high ceiling is creating a spacious environment. The location is great as it is walking distance to great independent eateries along Joo Chiat and East Coast Road. Public transport such as MRT and public bus to downtown are accessible within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet and the newly added public park and close proximity to good schools make it suitable for family oriented residence. -

Noisy,toi near to busy road
My family love smaller development and we went to take a look at this condo , it fulfilled the criteria of a small development, less units which we wanted. We were disappointed by the fact that the pool is next to the car park and the development is close to a small BUT busy road n lots of cats passes by there to get to the main road. Apart from that we also dislike the fact that since it has lots of traffic , security should be tighten as the auto gate allows for people to just walk in as there are no security guarding the place. -
