  flexibility for buyers of Altura

  usually demand is high for EC because of the potential to earn later, and of course, to enjoy condo facilities at affordable prices. but Altura EC also provides the future residents with different facing so they can select their desired views; they can also select units with study corners or flexi rooms, which adds to the options especially for those who need larger living space.

  TOP in 2027, Altura is an upcoming EC in Bukit Batok. was 88% sold in 2023 – anyway the last EC in Bukit Batok, The Dew, was launched over 20 years ago.

  Altura EC in Bukit Batok is close to the new Tengah town, the latest HDB estate. the west side of Singapore is also known to be quieter and more peaceful. developments all coming up in this part of the island, with the Jurong Region Line, the upcoming Jurong Innovation District and Jurong Lake District. Jurong will indeed be the new CBD of the west, and those living in Altura EC will definitely benefit from it. popular schools are also relocating to the west, including Bukit View Primary School, and Anglo-Chinese Primary School. both will be within 1km radius.
