  Resort lifestyle in central sg

  Freehold, only 70 units condo in central prime district. Within 1km to primary schools. Good layout, spacious. Easy walk to Novena MRT, cafes, malls, United Square.

  Perfect Location & Pleasant Balinese Style

  Amaninda is a small low rise condo with lovely gardens and a big swimming pool. The units are well laid out, many of them with either terrace or balcony. The location is great, so closed to the city yet peaceful and green. Transport facilities include 2 MRT stations nearby and a 3rd one soon to come and many bus lines. Great for families with kids and young professionals.

  Relaxing and Convenient Small Size Developmen

  Great little condo development with only 70+ units. Very convenient location with good bus links to MRT (walking distance as well) in Novena and Toa Payoh, as well as direct bus access to Orchard, CBD, Botanical Gardens, Mc Ritchie Reservoir Park. Great location and facilities for the outdoor sport enthusiast who like to run outside, swim (convenient 25m sized pool ideal for both fun and exercising). The gym could be better equipped but is still OK for the occasional workout (though no substitute for a real gym membership and the steambath is more symbolic than practical to use). Right next to Thomson Medical center, SPC Gas Station, 7-eleven, gives easy access to 24 hrs family clinic and convenience shops. For more serious shopping, 3 shopping mall are within 10 mn walking distance (Novena Square, United Square, Zhonshan Park), and plenty of eating options on Balestier and Thomson roads. A pleasant condo design, balinese style, with lots of greenery and a soothing atmosphere. The BBQ area at the back could probably be improved.

  Great Boutique Condo

  This is a great, boutique, Balinese style condo with a amazing transport links - bus, MRT and PIE. Balestier Road restaurants 5 mins walk. Cinema 5 mins on the bus. Novena 2 bus stops. Thomson Medical Centre next door, so great for young families.

  Disappointment

  I am currently living here.... No security, many items broken, can't access the gym because the card reader is broken and you need to find a "security" guard to access (good luck at 6am).
