Condo with good view
This condo is a little old but it offers good view. The units are spacious and it's well located. If you can look past the fact that it's an old condo, i think this is a good deal -

Horrific
It's due to be redeveloped anyway, but the building is awful. Noise transfer from people simply walking around is massive, management have basically given up on it. Avoid. -

It goes to say there are a lot of things to do that the Amber Glades neighborhood can offer you. With only a minutes-away walk or drive, you can already go to places including the Katong V, the Parkway Parade, Katong Village Hotel, Katong Shopping Centre and the Katong Mall. At the same time, at only 4-minute drive and, you can already go to the East Coast Park. Amber Glades also offer you easy access to the ECP which leads to the City. -
