Clean and good location
Love this condo so much! Clean and nice swimming pool. I have viewed few condos but this is the best one among all! The atmosphere here gives me peaceful and home feelings. I have read few comments about the car park but I don’t feel it’s a big issue after really visiting the condo. Caltex petrol station, 24 hours supermarket n eatery just right beside the condo. So many upcoming projects but the location Arc At Tampines still the best. There are 2 bus stops outside the condo and so accessible to many places. Condo outlooks is unique and iconic. Good for own stay and rent out. -

One of the best value condo
Other than the MSCP. The Location is so convenient where there is straight bus to Orchard ! One of the best layout which the master bedroom can fit in 2 king size bed (for bigger 3 bedroom layout). Selling at below brand new EC price. Where can u find in current market ? -

Worse than DBSS
This condo got no soundproofing and no children playground. As result you can hear children screaming at swimming pool. Carpark layout is worse than HDB cark park and dont park here if you are not so good driver. I cannot give any star. One star is too good enough . Cannot recommend for buyer and tenant -

Arc at Tamp
U walk less than 30 steps u have ur 24 hour Coffeeshop and convenient supermarket. 6 bus services and sheltered both directions. Just one super long bus stop to reach the mrt station. For joggers Bedok reservoir is just 5 min walk away. -

Good prospect in the future
My partner and I bought a unit at the Arc for the obvious reasons, which are firstly, it is in a mature estate, meaning amenities and facilities are readiliy available. There are good schools nearby. The place is connected by major expressways. The list goes on. One thing we like is that there is a huge prospect for this part of Tampines. Yes, we have read reviews after reviews that the project is being built in the outskirts of Tampines, far away from its central and around less than a kilometer to the future mrt station, again the list goes on. However we believe the pros are more than its cons. It will be surrounded by private condos and a land slated for commercial use just a stone throw away. We do recommend this unit for first timers! (like we are!) We wish you the best and hope you get the right unit for your family. We know we did the right choice at the Arc. -
