  Lovely Bedok Reservoir Condo

  Lived here for 5 years and truly appreciate how convenient it is with Sheng Siong and Fairprice just 5min walk away. Also close to two hawker centers with great food options. With Bedok Reservoir just behind, this is ideal for a peaceful stroll or jog after work and quite rare to have such a large feature just in its backyard so to speak. Management committee is responsive and responsible, common facilities and well maintained. Only gripe is that there is something up with the electrical fittings in the unit that keep failing (light bulbs flickering despite changing many times; intercom stops working despite recent repair etc). Twice in a year there are water leaks in the ceiling requiring repair and repainting. Moisture gets trapped in the units causing mould, and the insects...

  Serene and Beautiful

  If you like quiet and convenience, Archipelago is a place for you. It is so close to nature and none like city life. If you have no transport, you can easily access by bus or train within walking distance. Within 5 minutes, you have Mcdonald, NTUC, Seng Xiong supermarket, subway, refuel... never will starve here. So peaceful tuck away from bustling street and traffic... experience it yourself

  Resort like environment

  Low rise building heights and well landscaped areas. Facilities are sufficient with well equipped gym, multiple pools, bbq area etc. Buses in front, 500m to Bedok North MRT and shops nearby.

  Probably the only condo in the vicinity that is on the same side of the road as Bedok Reservoir, meaning, there is no need to cross the road to reach Bedok Reservoir.

  Archipelago

  The reservoir view is fantastic, however, during certain season can be infested by mosquitos, low quality fixture and can be noisy at times

  Resort like

  Great medium density development with resortlike environment and awesome pool. Convenient amenities next door and short walk to Bedok North MRT.

  Decent Space & Convenient

  Staying in a 1-bedder condo for 1.5 years. Interior / Units: Very good layout. The room can be fit a king size bed. The living hall and kitchen space is broad. Quality is ok but basically workmanship is an issue initially but the main contractor has rectified. Facilities: Nice Gym and pools but will be great if there is a reading room. Transport: Parked my car, press the lift and go up my floor within a few seconds! Bus-stop is located just outside the side gate and the new Bedok MRT line is coming estimated Oct 2017. Nearby: We have Bedok Mall and beside our condo there are 24hours NTUC and Sheng Siong and also some eateries. Management: I like the friendly security guards and management staff.

  Poor quality fittings and noisy at times

  Been staying here for half a year and there have been plenty of defects in the house. Lots of mosquitoes and bugs due to the close proximity to the park. Staying near the road there is a lot of traffic noise and dust, and occasionally loud noises and massive burning of offering smoke from the open space at the HDB. Gym is of a good space. Units on ground floor has crazy balcony space so it is great for patio lovers but other levels the balcony is small. Near 24 hour supermarkets - Ntuc and Sheng siong and other amenities like dentist, doctors, McDonalds and hawker. Management is helpful to ensure things work. Constant construction around the project to ensure things are fixed during the 1 year defect warranty time.
