  Arthur Mansions is a district 15 property developer by Far East Organization. Arthur Mansion is quite well known for its large size units in a single block. On and around Meyer Road where Arthur Mansion is located, many condos there are quite well known for having large size units. Arthur Mansion itself is located at 125 Arthur Road, off Meyer and Mountbatten road. Despite having only 41 units in a single block, Arthur Mansion boast of facilities including pool, gym, tennis court and saunas. Large families are often drawn to Arthur Mansion because of its extremely spacious size and high number of bed rooms at a reasonable price.for example, currently, there is a 5 bed room 4080 Sqft apartment here asking for only $8,900 on a partially furnished basis. This unit features extremely spacious bed rooms, especially the master bed room and luxurious bathroom with bath tub and jacuzzi. Additionally, these large family expat families are also attracted by Arthur Mansion's closeness to the East Coast Recreational area and the vibrant food and entertainment scene of the east coast, for example, the popular and nostalgic Katong area.   Smallish Condo with No seaview. A minus for this area. The floorplate is small and plot ratio fully utilised. Unlikely to be en-bloc as claimed due to full utilisation of plot ratio. Bank valuation currently around $1000 - $1080 psf. Last transacted at $990 psf. Anything above bank valuation will be over-priced.
