  Astoria park present status

  New hdb just next to astoria park is under construction. . Expect to be completed by 2028. The condo is now noisy, not suitanle to stay at day time. Lot of dust is choking residents airway

  Lovely condo, greedy landlords

  Had a wonderful 9th floor view of the field when I was renting here for two years. Really great location just next to the MRT and beautifully landscaped with very well maintained facilities! The only issue was the property agent who tried to take money off my deposit unreasonably. Good thing we kept a good record of the state of the apartment when we first moved in and had lawyer friends to give advice. A lot of units here are also in derelict condition so choose wisely!

  Excellent location, outdated condo with terri

  Positive: Located next to MRT with cheers directly at the entrance. There is NTUC, minimart, doctor and a small coffeeshop behind. Common areas are clean and generally well kept.

  Badly maintained condo

  Condo management do not maintain the condo well which can be seen walking around pool. Condo roof iwaterproofing in very bad condition - rainwater leaking into my unit. Children's playground and fitness corner closed by condo management indefinitely due to complaints of noise. Children must use outside playground. Units near train line disturbed by MRT loud maintenance 1-4am.

  Great Place!

  Convenient, family-orientated and well maintained! It is convenient for me as i don not require to drive as the mrt is right next to the door step! comes with a nice pool, amply parking, 2 tennis court and a well maintained club house.

  Dated Design But located Right Next To MRT

  The project has a very dated design and the lift landing is dark and made me feel uncomfortable. I don't like the feel of the place at all. Only thing good if the proximity to the MRT. About 10 steps from the gate!!! But it is a leasehold and old so it's overpriced to me. Good for rental though.

  overcrowded and noisy

  Once a quiet paradize but recent 3-5years getting overcrowded particularly owners sold or rent out to tenants who are rowdy and inconsiderate.. The place is definitely too small to accomodate all these noisy kids when they were at play..I will not recommend to people who like privacy. If u are those who only want convenience and noise an inconsiderate residents acts do not bother u, go ahead, it will be great choice!

  Many units in small land

  Too many units in a small land. As a result very noisy when residents use the common facilities..also many things crowded along common corridors..Will not recommend to people who want bliss and peace. Children also very noisy unattended by parents..The only advantage is proximity to MRT, just outside the condo. The rooms are reasonably size internally..Advice - Choose the high floor if you prefer privacy.
