  The best value for money freehold cluster hou

  With the coming Lentor MRT, i feel that this place have lots of potential and appreciation value and currently as it is, it's really very value for money. 5.5 stories high with inbuild lift and good many rooms for a big family.

  small humid narrow

  rooms are too small. no landed feel at all. nothing much around the area.

  Dilemma review

  Rooms and living room too small. Big waste of space at roof top. In house lift good for elderly and locality if not too bad. Considering it is near to Anderson Primary and St.Nicholas, it's a dilemma for me.

  Poor

  Very poor layout, rooms are too small and too much steep stairs to climb. Units are also too close to opposite unit. can see some areas are patched up works probably some kind of problems.

  Good buy

  Given the rooms are small but most new development are anyway. Compensated by lift which is important for elders. Near to good schools, ang mo kio, thomson and geenry like reservoirs.Easy to get to AMK hub etc by bus. New Lentor MRT station walking distance away. Good neighbourhood I heard. Its a cosy, quiet compound, value for money taking into consideration its a freehold property.

  Atelier Feedback

  Viewed unit this weekend. Its a big disappointment. Ventilation is serious problem and small rooms. Living room is very crampy. No use of in-house lift, unnecessary high maintenance and high monthly fee. Asking price is insanely high. Based on the current market condition and property guru valuation tools should not be more than 1.5M.

  Aterlier

  Below are my observation. Have to agree, Living area and rooms are small (HDB living area and room are bigger) In-house lift use up significant space and high maintenance fee. Happen to view after the rain, whole unit had sticky and humid feeling, and ventilation is serious problem. Public Transport to city is inconvenient. Last but not least, overpriced. NO BUY from me.

  Great Place

  This place surrounded by green. Convenient. AMK just round the corner. This place has great potential.. to City will be more convenient with N-S highway.
