  BEWARE Terrible Apartment Project

  Project has no privacy, not well maintained. Neighbours are so close to each other that you can hear and look into their house. Apartment is already so tiny but there are so many balconies and ledges. Not practical at all, when your neighbour closes the door you can hear it so clearly from your own unit. Living room cannot fit a TV console after having a sofa.

  quaint little estate off katong enclave

  peaceful and quiet building,4 mins walk to katong eateries and upcoming mrt,super windy if on higher floor as its surrounded by landed houses, within 1km to good primary schools

  Wonderful little building in a secluded part of the nicest area in town.

  Relatively new(6yo) small development

  Quiet small size apartment surrounded by low rise landed housing and small apartment. Walking distance to joo chiat restaurants, amenities. Peaceful neighbourhood
