  Tanglin's finest

  Avalon is one of the finest residences in the Tanglin area. I used to stay down the road in another project, but when I saw an apartment here that was up for rent, I immediately took it. The units here are very spacious, and even though the building is over 20 years old, all the facilities are well maintained. The Stevens MRT station on the Downtown Line is nearby while my shopping needs are met in Tanglin and the nearby Orchard Road.

  Old-ish now but on par with the new developme

  I’ve been living at Avalon for the past 20 years, and what a blissful period it has been. It’s so beautifully designed and comes with all the modern facilities. The units are arguably some of the most spacious ones for the price and layout, and the location is also excellent. I know every corner of Tanglin like the back of my hand. My daughter studies at Raffles Girl’s Secondary School. She has grown up at Avalon, so I feel very emotionally connected to this place.

  Located next to renowned Shangri-La Hotel and on well connected Anderson road. This is a gem worth looking at
