  Brunch dates here

  I eat out regularly with my girls. Smiths and Pu Dong Kitchen are awesome places for our brunch dates after sending the kids to school. My friends are in love with my place at Balmoral Plaza because of the location and the way we have done up the interior. It’s a classy and cosy space that is ideal for hosting people. There are several shopping malls in this area too.

  Awesome location

  Not only is my condo so endearing, it’s also in a rare freehold project of just six other units. The community is lovely and there's easy access to high quality amenities. Three MRT stations – Novena, Newton and Stevens - are a short distance away. This area has some excellent restaurants with easy access to healthcare facilities and established schools. If you have a daughter, then Raffles’ Girls School and Singapore Chinese Girls School are excellent places to enroll your child.

  Solitude

  I’ve been living at Balmoral Plaza for a few years now. It’s a small freehold complex with just seven units. Given that I prefer living in solitude with fewer people around, this was the perfect condo to rent. There is a clubhouse here that almost feels like an extension of our apartment. I can spend lots of time here. Bukit Timah is a great residential locale too.
