  Easier to travel by car

  It's about 15 minutes walk to Newton MRT. Sounds far considering the weather in Singapore. But easy to access the different amenities nearby like supermarket, shopping mall by car.

  Loving the location of Barker Ville as it is close to many amenities like Gleneagles Hospital, Botanic Gardens, Adam Food Centre and shopping in Orchard

  Convenient for children to get to school

  Very convenient location for my boys to go to school as ACS Barker and ACS Primary are just opposite the condo. I don't have to worry so much about them commuting.
