Bayou Residences
Great location near NEX shopping mall and Bartley MRT. Private atmosphere and green environment. Near good and reputable schools. Easy access to KPE, CTE and PIE.

Excellent location and private atmosphere
Bayou residence is well located - within walking distance are good schools and Bartley MRT station, just 8mins by foot. In addition bus station to town is just across the road. By car, KPE, CTE and PIE are close by and allow easy commuting to all parts of the Island. Town is less than 15mins by KPE. NEX mega mall is within walking distance of about 8mins, with the car Seragoon Gardens and Kovan can be reached in under 10mins. The development itself is quiet and feels like living in a private landed house. In contrast to huge developments, the Bayou residence is characterised by a true private atmosphere. Furnishings, fittings and interior are of high quality, in contrary to the cheap materials used in mass market condos. Bayou Residence features Italian marble in the Bathroom, marble flooring and parquet, BOSCH kitchen appliances and high quality GROHE bathroom fittings. Overall a very good place to own and live in.

On the Bayou
I love Bayou because it is within 1km to Paya Lebar Methodist Girls School and Maris Stella. It is a 10min walk to Bartley MRT via How Sun Drive. It is also near the KPE and takes only 10min drive to Suntec City/Marina Square. 20min drive to VivoCity. Try it if you don't believe. Nex Mall and Heartland Mall areas are nearby. There's famous Geylang Prawn noodles 3 min walk away and a provision shop called Mummys that opens till 11pm daily. Residents hardly use the pool and yes you can have the pool all to yourself the whole day. If you love Freehold, privacy, peace and tranquility, this is a great place to be. And not to mention...it will be very close to upcoming Paya Lebar's next CBD. Talking about investment potential and capital appreciation...this is it!
