Things have surely improved!
Very proud to be a resident here having seen significant estate management improvement since the change of Managing Agent by recently appointed council. I am confident of even better days ahead with the ideal location and easy access to city, Holland V, Orchard, nearby universities, NUH and Science Park. Units are big and ideal for the new normal of working from home. Love our cottage living! -

Old, small, compact and inconvenient
I just viewed some apartments in this condo. This condo is old. Units are squeezed together. Bad maintenance. It takes a distance of 3 bus stops to get the nearest MRT station (Haw Par Villa or Pasir Panjang). The swimming pool is the smallest that I've ever seen. Gym is a small stuffy room located at the basement. But it is quiet. I don't recommend it as a good choice. -

Bayville Condo
Low rise, low density condo quite typical of many condos in Pasir Panjang. No frills condo facilities but one may like this condo for its rather quiet surroundings -

Nice place but...
Lovely cottage style living, quiet, tranquil and alot of forested area surrounding Bayville Condo. Good for families with not too many members as regular units are small. Poor management, place is hardly checked. Bad cleaniness, facilities are ridiculously inadequate. Can be considered seriously if there's a budget and intend to stay in District 5. -

packed development
very small plot. units are squeezed together. 3 very small wading pool. development is very run down. maintenance is poor. quiet. walking distance to cold storage and food stores. -

Bayville Condo
This condo is located in District 5. It is considered at the city fringe although it is much nearer to city than it appears. Its a 5 minute drive to Vivocity/Harbourfront and across the Sentosa Bridge is the upcoming Sentosa IR. On the other hand, it is a short 5 minute drive to NUS/NUH/Science Park. So for those who work near these areas, this place is ideal. For those who intend to look for a place to invest in, this place is also ideal. It is a freehold development. There is a village centre within 5 min walk. In time to come, there will be the CCL Pasir Panjang and West Coast MRT. -
