  Baywater Condo

  The new condo pricing already reached S$2,000 psf and it is almost out of reach for those family who plan to upgrade from HDB to private estate. Fortunately condo like Baywater is still within the reach of upgraders which is less than S$1500 psf and its layout design, floor area, and excellent reservoir view which only few places in Singapore. Most importantly it is the Bedok Reserviour MRT station just few steps away. Even it is good for future investment . Grab before it is sold.

  Hidden gem in Bedok Reservoir

  1) Convenience: Which condo in Bedok Reservoir can boast it is just next to Bedok Reservoir MRT station? 2) Good Space Usage: 3 bedrooms come with 3 toilets, laundry yard, balcony & bomb shelter. 3) Great Facilities: A tennis court, reading & play room, gym, 4 BBQ pits, koi fish ponds, pools, jacuzzi, good size function room, playgrounds & snack vending machines. 4) Total 232 units: Not overcrowded when having to share facilities, compared to other nearby bigger condos. 5) Developments nearby: Home Team NS, PAssion WaVe (direct opp, can view kayak race if face reservoir), BTO flats +amenities & healthcare developing in vicinity. 6) Popular Schools nearby: St. Hilda's Primary & Secondary, Red Swastika & Temasek Polytechnic etc. 7) Constant Maintenance & Upkeep: Painting building now.

  Baywater belongs to the older batch of condos that's being built around Bedok Reservoir. the unit sizes are quite a lot bigger, for example, the 2 bed room starts from 1033sf

  Best Condo in Bedok Reservoir

  Baywater is at the best location it can be. Future Bedok Reservoir MRT (DT30) at Door Steps. Bus Stop to Bedok Mall, Tampines Mall are at Door Step too. 24 hours NTUC and Sheng Siong Supermarket are 4 Bus stop away.

  Baywater

  Have been looking around this area for apartment. Baywater is reasonably priced as compared to the waterfront condos next to it. The sizes also seemed to be better as compared to the nearby condos. Found out that they had just given the estate a renovation and so looks very new. The new Mrt station is literally at the doorstep of Baywater which is a very attractive point.

  great view but inconvenient

  wonderful view, great facility. but you need a car to live there. no supermarket and mrt station is within a walking distance. everything is within the minutes of driving distance. that is the only flaw.. I can drive.. but your wife?? your children?? hm.

  Baywater Condo

  Baywater is one of the best owner occupied condos , with a very big and lovely swimming pool, tennis court, tropical Jacuzi, Barbeque pits, childrens play area, basketball court, putting green, reading rooms etc. It is very compact, lush green with a look of being in tropical gardens,not crowded and very good construction. It is opposite one of the best Bedok reservoir parks with a playground so big and green that you never run out of options be it walking, cycling, jogging, water adventure sports. Very well connected to all areas of singapore withb SBS bus stops both at main gate and side gate . The new PIE exit / entry of Bedok North Avenue 3 right at the footsteps of Baywater makes it accessible by road to any area of city. In the vicinity of major malls, shopping areas like IKEA, GIANT, COURTS etc and major schools Red Swastika, and Temasek Polytechnic Recommended for owner occupied with kids who love being close to nature

  Baywater

  Baywater facilities incl nice good size pool, jacuzzi, tennis court..etc. Those units facing the reservoir commands very nice view.
