  Great for own stay

  Safe neighborhood, lots of families around. Strong Western expat community as well. Close to a lot of food within walking distance of 10 to 15min. Bike riding is common here too. Would not recommend to drive because it is close to bus stops that are very well connected and a pleasant 8min walking route to MRT (Marine Terrace Exit 5, TEL).

  Nice place to stay

  Surroundings are really quiet and safe. You see children walking or cycling alone along the park connector quite often. I like that it is also near to lots of hidden food places scattered around Telok Kurau. Charming place to live in and convenient to get to town as well, by bus and MRT. But really, who needs town with all the amenities in the East? ;)

  Well designed and well located small condo de

  Understated boutique condo with well thought out 3 and 4 room units that are attractive for own stay. Convenient transportation options by bus and mrt (<10min walk via the park connector), and even walking distance to many food and grocery options. I also found this to be a nice neighborhood for cyclists, with existing park connector networks and cycling paths leading to East Coast Park, Telok Kurau Park, hipster cafes, and even the upcoming East General Hospital. Of course, parents of school going kids will also appreciate that this condo is within 1km to 4 good primary schools, and close to some secondary schools and JCs for when their kids grow up. All in all a desirable development, but limited in number of units available.

  Peace and quiet

  Remarkably quiet neighborhood with easy access to hustle and bustle of amenities just a street down. Lots of cafes and food within walking distance. Right next to park connector. Lovely place to live in.

  Quiet apartment nestled amidst bustling cafes

  What struck us was the peace and quiet in this neighborhood. And within a stone's throw, in almost any direction, you can walk back out into the hustle and bustle to get to a variety of local cafes and shops. Very close by is the new Marine Terrace MRT opening soon (mid 2024) which provides connectivity all along the TEL line. The condo is also within 1km to at least 3 great primary schools. An unassuming and hidden gem.

  Near climbing gym and lots of food options

  i12 Katong is a short drive away with lots of food options and my fave climbing gym with my kakis. Great food is everywhere if you choose to live there

  Convenient location with public transport opt

  Having an MRT station near home is always a plus point. And there are several bus options to take at the bus stops opposite the condo, making travelling with public transport convenient and easy
